  • Customise or handmade items may require additional processing time 1–15 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Areas

Currently, we offer shipping all over Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas of Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

6. Delays

Pianaz Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order. Pianaz Store will not be responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence (photos or videos). We will assist you according to our policy.
